YOU: Help with weekend retail operations of MR. FRIENDLY. Duties include a blend of customer service, maintaining visual standards, and effective pet consultation. This is a hourly role that starts at $16/hr with an immediate wage evaluation after an accumulative fifteen (15) days of training with the Owners and your ability to deliver effective pet consultations with customers.

Duties include:
35% Customer Service: Greeting / Checkout / Special Orders 
30% Pet Consultation: Effectively troubleshoot Pet issues with customers. Pet ownership is a plus but you cannot bring your Pet on the job.
20% Maintenance: Emphasis on merchandising and maintaining visual standards of the store and brand overall
15% Backstock: Inventory management, replenishment
Requirements:
Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
Customer service experience preferred (retail and/or hospitality)
