THE ROLE
Support the day-to-day retail operations of MR. FRIENDLY. This role blends customer service, merchandising, and pet consultation.

• Starting rate: $17/hour
• Includes a wage evaluation after fifteen (15) cumulative days of training with the owners, based on your ability to deliver effective pet consultations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 35% Customer Service: Greeting customers, checkout, and handling special orders
• 30% Pet Consultation: Helping customers troubleshoot pet-related needs (pet ownership is a plus, but not required)
• 20% Maintenance: Merchandising and maintaining visual standards across the store and brand
• 15% Backstock: Inventory management and restocking

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Prior customer service experience preferred (retail and/or hospitality)
